- A valid credit card is required to confirm the booking including expiry date and security code
- Family Plan: No additional charge for children aged 12 years and below when sharing room with parents with no extra bed required
- 50% discount on breakfast for child aged 4-12 years
- Extra bed for adult chargeable at MYR 70 (without breakfast), RM 105 (with breakfast) for Superior & Deluxe Room, RM 150 (with breakfast) for Club Room & Club Floor Executive Suites per night stay

Cancellation/No-show policy
- Any cancellation receive with 3 days prior to arrival will incur for one (1) night charge

Early Departure Policy
- No refund will be given for an early departure from the total duration of stay booked
